I purchased a freedom nopulldog harness with leash and martingale collar for $53.00, the harness was heavy bulky, and did not work to keep my poodle from pulling any better than martingale collar. I was informed by the information provided that if the harness was worn it could not be returned. How do you know if a product works as advertised if you don't try it?I have been taken advantage of , and am sad for believing the ads.I must advise anyone that writes a review that is not perfect will hear from the owner and are not very nice about a review that is in any way negative. I wonder if the guy that wanted to take a picture of a kitten was treated as poorly as I was. Sad sad.
First of all if any of you morons, would ask first in stead of ASUMING, the condition of any animal in there store!!! They come from the shelter, as people like you that abuse or neglect animals. So, command since would only tell you, these animals are going to have to come back to perfect, in a couple of months... And if they even do so!! I have gone in there, these people mean well, by helping the animals from shelters!!!! Not puppy mills!!!! You people that down grade this store should be ashamed of your self's!!! Ask before you judge!!!!!!!_
Stopped the other day as the owner or maybe employee was locking the door at 4:15 pm, they had just put a sign up saying they would be back at 4:30. The woman watched me walk up to enter, looked right at me and walked to her car. I guess customers are not that important. Whatever the person was doing could not have been so important that they would walk away from a customer if they were only going to be gone for 15 minutes. I'll shop else where.
I would never, ever shop here. I have a cat and was shopping for him. I am considering getting another kitten. This store fosters kittens and cats but doesn't technically sell animals. I saw a very cute black kitten in the window. I took out my camera (no flash) to take a few shots to show my wife. The owner comes marching out and says in a loud voice "NO PICTURES." I explained why I wanted to take them and he said "I don't care, no pictures." Well guess what??? The customer rules. No pictures, no purchase, no future business from me or my 3 local family members with pets. Even if you had a good reason, how about a nice attitude??? ADIOS
The seller is unwilling to accept returns. Very poor service. Every dog is different and the freedom harness doesn't work for all dogs. I would never shop from these rip off artists again.
